Myth:
Its easy to plan conferences and corporate meetings. We will ask the receptionist to phone the hotel or conference center, tell them how many people you expect to attend, how many days we will be meeting – and the rest takes care of itself.
Fact:
Although the hotel/conference center will indeed take care of some of the conference details for you, they are not equipped to be your conference planner.
